Is the shipping time accurate? Whenever I go to order, it gives me almost a 2 month delivery time.

No. The Tan should be in stock within 1 week. Since it has not arrived at Amazon yet, Amazon gives a very conservative estimate.

Can it accommodate items that are belt clips i stead of just molle straps?

Yes. My outside-the-waistband holster has a section that slips over the belt and is held securely in place. In my opinion, this is a great belt, on which I have an added the aforementioned holster, a double magazine holder, a trauma kit, a tourniquet pouch, and a flashlight holder. As a Range Safety Officer I am the immediate first responder in case of a gunshot accident, and this comfortable belt allows me to have everything I might need in case of an incident that requires a response.

Can this be used with belt keepers instead of inner belt?

Yes. Ive used mine at work with just belt keepers but the inner belt is so much more comfortable. I leave my inner velcro to the belt all the time
