Decent tea
The taste is a little different than what I usually get from Sprouts in their bulk section. Loved the shape and quality of the tea bag though.

Tea box completely destroyed-torn and smashed
The tea was delivered in a paper envelope and the box of tea was not only torn on all sides, it was crushed into a flattened state. Outer packaging needs to be more firm. I will not order this brand of tea again.

Bitter oolong
I found this oolong to be a bit bitter. It’s average at best; I did not care for it. The sachets also appear to be the plastic type that has been shown to be a significant source of ingested microplastics, rather than paper tea bags. I don’t love that either.
