So far, I have been pretty pleased with this purchase. The little slot where you can plug in a charger is just a slot, so I can also feed my headphones through and keep my tablet in my bag while listening to my podcasts on my walk. Only complaint I have is a small tear alongside the main zipper occurred just days after I started using it and I have no idea how or what snagged it to tear like that. Seemed like a seam that just came undone.Otherwise, it is comfortable to wear and holds everything I need for school and work. Besides the tear, the canvas feels pretty durable, and I love all the little pockets and spots to tuck things.

I absolutely love this backpack, the color that I chose was gray, it looks very retro and classic. A few months ago, I bought a canvas backpack, but it was too small for my 15 inch laptop, but this backpack was just the right size and was able to fit my laptop. The best part about this backpack is that on the side of it, there is a charging port, I find that extremely helpful since I always need to charge my phone. It is a very convenient to use. Besides that, there are two side pockets, one of them is being enough to hold my water bottle and occasionally my water tumbler. The backpack, in general, is very comfortable to wear and use. It has a padded back and shoulder straps. I would really recommend any student needs a durable and convenient backpack to get this one!

It started out great, but with less than 3 months of use, the straps have nearly torn off.. bummer because the kid really liked it...10-23-17 Update:The manufacturing company contacted me and apologized for the experience we had with the backpack... UNSOLICITED!!! I was surprised by their customer support as they provided a FULL REFUND!!! If they back their products with a money back garrauntee, I will definitely feel at ease when I purchase more products from them! So I updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on their awesome customer service!!!

The back pack is sturdy and just the right size. It looked elegantly slim but is actually very roomy. It holds 2' binders and folders, and even a 1.5 inch thick textbook. The straps are wide, making it very comfortable to carry a heavy load.The water bottle holder on the side though is only large enough to fit a regular sized slim water bottle, so none of the reusable water bottles I bought can fit. Other than that, it is really a great backpack.

So far I love this backpack! I just received this and haven't used it yet so I will edit the review if something goes wrong but from the looks of it it's correctly described. The material is durable and doesn't seem cheaply made. I ordered this for school and I think it's going to be perfect for that. It has multiple pockets on the inside and a pretty big laptop pocket. The USB charging port has a zipper to another USB that i'm assuming gets plugged into your laptop while it's in the laptop pocket of the backpack to change your phone. I will update if anything breaks/rips!Update: 1 semester later and I still love it!

The backpack is absolutely tiny!!! I ordered it for my school but turns out it is more of the size of a diaper bag. It only has two two exterior pockets. And three interior ones. I ordered gray but got a very dark gray/navy blue. The only reason that I gave it two stars is because of the external charging thing is actually useful. And it is very comfortable to wear. I put a picture of it beside my little brothers backpack which I really like. And his is actually not that big. If you are looking for a diaper bag than this is perfect. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. THey gave me the wrong color, its too small, and a lack of pockets, not to mention THERE IS NO TABLET POCKET. There is a laptop pocket an interior zipper poccket and another inside for your power bank. Those are all of the inside pockets. And there is one big pocket and one small exterior zipper pocket.

I liked the look of the bag very much, and was excited to receive it for the beginning of the school year. Unfortunately, when I opened the bag about 10 minutes ago, it was dirty! There looks to be a some sharpie marks and dirt stains on the exterior of the backpack. I will be looking for a replacement of refund if possible. Although this backpack looked awesome on the website, the one which I received was not in the condition I imagined it would be.

It's a little small for my computer of 15.6" display. Doesn't fit perfect.It's a good product, for common use, but not so good to carry the computer.The product arrived on schedule.(The photos of the backpack are taken with the computer inside).
