I got this for my grandson because I thought it would be a great way to have fun with him. He loves to do a circles squares and do shapes. I remember my cousin had this as a kid and we have fun doing these weird designs. I want to try it with my grandson and he loved it. It's easy to set up and it's easy to show him how to use it. And try it with different pens and pencils. Size is perfect for the little children and older children. A nice product for the value. I definitely recommend this for your kids, your grandkids, maybe for yourself.

Was cheep so bought off brand, but the gear teeth don't roll as well as name brand spirograph should

The quality is great and I love how it comes with a booklet to tell you what designs are created with each piece. Well packaged as well.

I bought this for my grandson and has had a lot of fun with it. Keeps him busy.

The teeth on the gears are not even. The "dough" that comes with the set to hold the pieces tears up the paper and does not completely remove. This is very frustrating for an adult and would be a terrible gift for children.
