Great gel eyeliner got sponge on the end to smudge out your eyeliner highly recommend.

I have brown eyes and hair and wanted a softer more natural look. Black eyeliner looks too harsh on me, even the gel or kohl liners. I can’t wear liquid liners because again they are too “harsh” looking when applied. I wanted a dark shade (not a chestnut brown) but a soft look at the same time, if that makes sense, a cooler rather than a warmer brown. This fits the bill perfectly! I like the smudge ability which also softens the look. It doesn’t rub off either when you smudge it. I don’t know how long it will last and I think I’ll get another as a backup. It’s not expensive though so a win win! Overall very happy and would certainly recommend!

Even though it came with a smudging end, it's quite useless because I can't really smudge out this liner at all. When I try to smudge it, it just gets really really faint, so it's really not like a kohl pencil where you can really smudge the line out. This one is marketed like a kohl eyeliner that can be smudged out into a wing, but it really is not - false markerting alert. It goes on creamy but cannot really be smudged. It is a lot harder to remove than other liners as well, I recommend you use Cold Cream or Baby Oil to do it. It does stay put for hours. I find it comparable to Maybelline's 24Hr Gel Eye liner pencil in terms of colour, longevity, lack of smudgeability, and price point. Just buy whichever is available if you like this. I find the Maybelline one a lot easier to remove too, compared to this one. I myself would only find this useful for tightlining, but I usually only tightline anyway, so this is useful to me. If you really want a longlasting, truly blendable/smudgeable creamy kohl pencil, then the Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal eyeliner pencil does that job much better (but is also tough to remove).
