And get yourself a therapy table. Two weeks into surgical rehab I’m so happy I purchased this ( or any) therapy table. I’m 5’ 9” tall and weigh 218 pounds. (175cm; 99kg). Once the table is set up and the brackets are locked, the table is sturdy and supports my weight. The table comes fully assembled, but you might need to do a one time height adjustment. Adjusting the height of the legs is easy and only takes 2-3 minutes. But once you set the height, you never have to do it again. The ‘Factory setting’ was perfect for me. The table can be folded up and put away in about a minute, but given its convenience size, we have chosen to leave it up while I’m undergoing rehab. It really makes a difference in my rehab

This is a well build table at a great price. It's easy to set up and sturdy. As a senior, I had trouble doing my physical therapy exercises on the floor. This is a wonderful solution to the problem.

Definitely perfect for home use. It's crazy how much smaller it is than the professional ones I've used. It does come with all the needed attachments, but not the under your knees thing. It also has a bag for when you put it away. There's a clear difference in quality, padding, simply everything, when compared to a professional table The guy in the picture is 6ft & 220 lbs. All attachments are on, so notice the shoulder width compared to the table width. If it didn't have the side arms, he would not fit comfortably. I pulled them out a bit so he could fully relax. My 5'4 130 lb daughter fits perfectly. Sturdy enough, though. It will last a good long while. This is absolutely a good buy for my at-home-only use.

Overall this is a good table for the price. As a 230 pounder the table holds me just fine, comfortably and with minimal creaking. It's definitely long enough for most people, even 6 foot plus types. The front armrests actually work pretty well, even if they feel somewhat rinky-dink. The head/face plug does fall out ALOT - thus the 4 rather than 5 stars, but overall it's been a good table. The table's best feature is obviously it's portability and form factor. I think my daughter has even been able to fit it into her Honda CRV! I think full deployment takes about 30 seconds. Enjoy.

Love the color, tres chic! I bought this to give my husband massages at home from time to time It came w a cute little fabric bag to keep it from getting dusty or scuffed. It folds up into a big square like a yard long and half a foot wide I’d guess., and I just store it in my closet when it’s not in use. When I wana use it you just unlock the sides and open the legs and grab the head rest and arm rests from the dedicated slots that stow them underneath the table So convenient and great buy! Great value for the money

My wife likes to give me massages and I really like getting them. She likes getting them as well. I decided to try a table to see if it was helpful to her. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money to find out we didn't like, or want a massage table. I have very little to complain about because for the money I spent on this table I did not expect anything more. It appears to be very well built and the materials are all nice. The table is nice looking and it quite comfortable. The covering, vinyl I guess got very hot in a hurry so I purchased a set of massage table sheets. Smart move, it really helped. It breaks down easily and isn't to bad to carry. We both like the table and I would recommend this table, especially for a first table.

Very practical if you need to do any kind of physio,I'm my case TKR physio. Bought this after my TKR to be able to do my exercises properly..It does the job. Its just not super stable if you sit on the edge and lean forward, it will lift from the back..so basically it's very top heavy and too light on the bottom end. But regardless a great table for physio routines. Beats doing them on a bed or couch.

It's good but I wanted a bigger one.

One of the handle fasteners blew off the first time I picked it up. Otherwise it's great.
