This product comes nicely packaged and is so easy to use as soon as you take it out of the box. The manual tells you what the different lights can be used for. I use the red light and blue light the most. You can lay on the floor and use this device or even lay on your bed and use it. It’s super easy to set the timer and select the light setting. It comes with a pair of glasses to wear to protect your eyes. It’s a very sturdy, high quality device that I will definitely recommend to others. Very happy with this purchase!

It is pretty strong. I do wish the instructions went over the difference in the strength of the lights. Timer is strange too. But the machine merits some kudos because it works great and results in one session.

When I opened the box l must say I was pleasantly surprised. I usually depend a lot on the reviews but this had no reviews yet. I hesitated but something said "it's new, give it a try!" So l ordered it and I am so glad that I did. It Is so well built and very expensive looking. Seems it cost much more money. I tried it for the first time this morning and what a wonderful experience. It seems that I could feel my face and neck tightening. I even looked better. May be just my imagination but it felt wonderful. I felt like l was at a spa. I am so glad l took a chance and purchased this LED Light. I will post more as l go along with my day to day use. I will also post pictures. I also have lots of pain to try it on. I will let you know. For the price you cannot go wrong with this choice. Not even if you pay several hundred bucks more [in my opinion].UPDATE: First of all l would like to say that l am not receiving any thing for my reviews. I am just so impressed with this unit l have to tell someone. In the short while that l have had this light I have seen a definite improvement in my skin. Dark skin imperfections are clearing, wrinkles are smoothing, works wonders on my knee pain and hair is growing in a bald spot that the doctors said would never grow in. I have some "peach fuzz" in that area. I am experimenting on other things and will let you know how it turns out. I will post pictures later. In my honest and personal opinion, you will not be sorry that you have purchased this light therapy unit; I'm not. It is worth every penny I spent and more. Someone posted a question, how many NMs, well l found the answer in the description: the red lught has 640 NMs, the green has 532, the blue has 415, the purple has 690, and the white has 510 NMs. I hope that helps.
