I took it whale hunting. I had initially intended to use it to haul the beast on to the deck of my ship. Sadly, I quickly realised as the beast thrashed on the end of my harpoon that it simply wasn’t large enough. Other than that, great net...probably the single best purchase I’ve made. Receiving it in the post gave me enormous pleasure. Good night gentlemen.

These are obviously very good & strong nets. When they arrived in a triangular shaped bag I knew what had happened straight away. Whoever packaged this bent the handles over to fit them in the bag. The effort it took to straighten them again definitely tells me how strong the handles are though. So I’m still pleased with this item.

The product is great, well made and deserves 5 stars for the item itself, the only reason I am marking it down is that I purchased this large size to move my big 14" plecs from one tank to another. Plecs have very rough scales and they got trapped in the net. It was very traumatic for us and the plecs trying to get them out of the netting. The plecs are fine in their new home, now a few weeks later, but be aware if you are using them for large fish with rough bodies.

We use this for skimming the hot tub, works perfectly and the holes are perfectly sized for scooping out anything that’s fallen in!

Bought a tiny one when lotl was smallNew it's grown so needed a bigger netVery soft so doesn't stress the lotl ( although it's a stress for me)
