Great Value, even better bike!!! Super happy customer!!
I am fairly active and have been looking after my health and physical condition the largest part of my life. I try to get my exercise outdoors but living in NE Ohio weather can interupt the best laid plans. I have a treadmill to get my 3 mile walks in. A rowing machine some weights and TRX straps. Good all round stuff for home. Now, at 73 yo, I am starting to have foot issues so my Dr. recommended a stationary bike for a low impact on my feet but great for cardio. So research began at the top with peloton schwinn and others. While those bikes are great I decided that the classes and everything that came with them were not for me. So I started looking bare bones at Walmart Target etc.. A young store clerk at Dicks helped me and offered what features to look for on a bike. They said to make sure its comfortable and easy to ride. It needs to be adjustable size wise and effort (resistance) wise. They also said some are quieter than others, magnetic vs friction. After getting educated about what's important on a bike I started to look on Amazon. They seem to have the best selection and prices are all over the place. I decided that what I wanted was one with magnetic resistance for quiet riding, a flywheel that weight 30+lbs, 4 way (up down forward backward) adjustable seat and handlebars, and a way of measuring how fast and how far you might have gone. There are a ton of choices that have those features. I ran across Sunny Health and Fitness. I researched the company, liked what I saw in their catalog of products and decided to go with something from them. I decided on this bike SF-B121021. It checked all my boxes and has a great price as well! It was on my doorstep in 4 days. The box was somewhat damaged by the shipping company but the product is absolutely fine. I put it together in 40 minutes no problem. They include the tools you need so don't fret that part. I took my time to set it to fit me. The seat is ok for me right now but I might try to find a better seat later, not a big deal. As for my riding experience it is incredibly smooth and quiet. I can easily turn the resistance up or down as I ride. There is no read out or marking for resistance you just remember the number of turns of the knob. The workout I get on this bike is incredible. Really different feeling after a half hour on the bike vs the treadmill. I'm loving the different muscle groups each uses and giving my feet a day or two off. This is a great purchase and I'm very happy. I'll update if something significant occurs

almost perfect, pulse monitor?
This is a quality machine. It was fairly easy to assemble. It is silent in operation and offers as much resistance as I could want. The seat is comfortable and looks durable. The seat and handlebar adjustment work well although I did have to raise the handle bars higher than the range scale would indicate, I just like to sit more upright than what must be considered normal. It can be moved around on the wheels fairly easily, at least on a hard floor. My only serious complaint is that the pulse monitor just does not work. It gives a reading but not one even close to accurate. I am baffled by this failure as the technology to implement an accurate pulse monitor is fairly well known and available. I frequent two health clubs and most of the machines have pulse monitors and they all give me accurate readings. Why a company like Sunny could not implement one is a mystery to me. Fortunately I have my own chest strap type pulse monitor as well as an optical type so this was not a big issue for me. Having a pulse monitor that is inaccurate is worse than having none at all, although the one on this bike is so inaccurate I doubt anyone takes it seriously. They should have left it off and lowered the price $20.

Chose Sunny Again
We bought my daughter a Sunny sf-b1002 for Christmas 2021. Since she was still living with us, I used it too. I fell in love with indoor cycling. Then she moved. đ˘I started researching my options. I knew Sunny was one direction I could go, but heard horrible reviews about their customer service. Weâve never needed them for my daughterâs bike, so I canât speak on that. What I do know, is that I didnât want to pay a monthly fee for a service that I wasnât going to use. I do my exercises using Apple Fitness+ or YouTube videos. I did, however, want something that would show my distance and possibly speed on a ride. I wasnât worried about cadence because I could always purchase a wahoo cadence sensor if I needed to.My husband and I went to different sporting goods stores and fitness stores in our area to actually be able to feel what different bikes were like. We were really interested in the schwinn ic4 and the echelon that didnât have a monitor. I never found an ic4 that i could actually get on, but I got on a couple different echelons, an inspire and a couple other ones. The inspire had good resistance, but when you turned the knob just a little more, the brake instantly came on. There was nothing to let you know that was going to happen. Then the echelons, which I was actually excited about, had horrible max resistance. It never got to a point that I could stand up and have a smooth ride that wasnât choppy. There was an awful pause at the bottom of each stroke of the pedals. I was so disappointed.I finally decided to look again at the Sunny options on Amazon. I wanted SPD pedals and magnetic resistance. It was also important that the handlebars and seat had 4 way adjustment. I found all I wanted in the sf-b121021.It was delivered yesterday. We thought for sure there was no possible way this bike wasnât going to be damaged. The box, including some of the styrofoam inside the box, was mangled. But, everything was in perfect condition and in good working order, so far.I did my first ride today, and let me say, Iâm so glad I went this direction. Not only was the cost something to feel good about, but the max resistance is very good. Itâs exactly what Iâm used to from my daughterâs bike, but way quieter because of the magnetic resistance. Glad to be a second time Sunny owner.
