Women's Back V-Neck 3/4 Sleeve Swing Vintage Dress

I have ordered this brand dresses in both XXL and XL. I have huge boobs, 32E or F, and the XL is pretty snug but I preferred that over the XXL. I am 5'3" and 170lbs... Thick. I wear a 10/12 in pants and generally a 12/14 in tops due to the large breasts. The sleeves are snug but I feel as if throughout the day the material may give a little so I don't suffocate... I don't have small arms. This is true beautiful and the quality is great. I totally feel like June Cleaver.

First, the fabric is very nice; I got the geometric pattern and it's very pretty The dress seems well-made (although, as on all the cheap dresses from China, the zipper isn't very good quality). The length was good on me--I'm 5'2" and it came to my knees. Unfortunately, I have to return the dress because the fit is very weird and too small even though I sized up. I usually wear 8 or an occasional 6, so Medium usually works on me, but I bought a Large based on other reviews. Unfortunately, the arms and waist of this dress were super tight on me (I had a very hard time zipping it up past the waist because it was so tight). Meanwhile, there was plenty of room in the chest. So if you've got a tiny waist and a large chest and you don't mind getting a size larger, this may be the dress for you. It's so cute that I'm thinking of trying the XL version, but I'm afraid the chest region will look like a balloon on me.

Color is beautiful - I got the colored dress with orange and aqua. I'm 5'5 -145 lbs -38B- fit ok but bust is a Little tight, yet the top corner area is very wide and when you have the address on in its proper location on your shoulders the center of the collar folds in a bit. Length is nice it fits right in the middle of my knees . The sleeves on the dress fit me just right, but I do think that someone with slightly chunky Arms would not be very comfortable with this dress. According to the size chart I needed to order a xx large , which I did and had to return for a smaller size because it was huge . XL FIT OK, but not perfect.

Since there weren't any prior reviews, I ordered 3 sizes (Large, XL and XXL). I'm 4'11, 145lb, bra size is 34DD and usually wear size 6 pants. X-Large ended up fitting the best in the chest area. I got tons of compliments when I wore it to a wedding reception over Christmas break. The material is quite thick yet not restrictive and the floral/bird details are vibrant and seem true to the advertised picture. The length of the dress came about mid-calf on me. Overall it was a comfy dress and very unique! Shipping was fast and returning the other two sizes (Large and XXL) were simple.

So, this dress is LOVELY. It really looks exactly like the picture, good quality too. Low-cut back as promised, sleeves come down a little past the elbows. That's the good news. The bad news is that you have to go a size up. I saw from other reviews that this runs small so I got a medium and it still BARELY fit. The zipper was extraordinarily difficult, but it turns out that it was just a sticky zipper and not that my shoulders were too wide to fit in the dress. I had to take it off and zip/unzip the zipper probably 20 times until it started gliding more smoothly, then I was able to get it up all the way while wearing it. Overall, very excited for an opportunity to wear this dress, though again, it is a bit tight. (Side note, it is impossible to comfortably wear a bra in this, but the fabric is thick enough for it not to be noticeable if you don't).

I am returning this dress because it runs ridiculously small. I couldn’t even zip it up even though I ordered the same exact size as all of my other Amazon purchased retro dresses. I normally wear a 12/14, have larger than average hips, am hourglass shaped and am a 38DD. I ordered the XL. The sleeves were also super tight on my arms and my arms are pretty thin for my overall size. The fabric was vibrant and pretty but looked a little kooky and kitchy on me as clothing instead of pretty and feminine. I am super bummed and will have to make sure I don’t order any retro dresses from this particular seller in the future because they are using children and not women to base their sizing on.

Very lovely dress!! With a petticoat it looks perfect! It fits tight especially at the "waist" which sits at my rib cage. Wish the material can be stretchier and a little sturdier. I bought this dress for dancing so a bit more room would help.

Very cute pattern and the description said there was some stretch to the fabric. There wasn't. I'm disappointed that I will have to return this.
