I got this set while living in an apartment complex and working crazy hours in vet med. Sleeping until 11 to not go into work until later in the evening meant trying to rest as the rest of the world was active and bright! The sleep mask is so soft and easy to sleep in, it makes it very dark. Because it's silky, it can slip some, but I don't mind. The cooling insert only last about 5 minutes and instructions advise against freezing so if that's your main point to looking at the product take that into consideration. I haven't used the ear plugs but they are soft and squishy if you will...

It’s comfortable and helps with my bags and puffiness. Originally I bought it for my tension headaches and it does help.

I loved this sleep mask! Especially the gel bead insert! However the insert broke open after a few months. The mask itself is super silky and soft. Very comfy and looks just like when I bought it!

My wife was in a physical rehab facility for 15 days in a room shared with another woman with constant needs. With personnel frequently entering the room at night, the bright hall lights kept my wife from getting any sleep. The mask was just the right solution for the problem.

I love this eye mask! It's been a great addition and feels more sturdy than the cheaper eye masks you get given on the planes/can buy. Because it's quite thick with the silicon insert, I find that it adds a bit of firmness to my eyes which feels relaxing. I have curtains that let light in so this has been helpful, allowing me to get more sleep in the mornings when the light trickles in.
