I found this extremely helpful and much better than other braces. I had foot surgery on both feet that made my toes sensitive. This was a god send. I'm surprised there are so many low star ratings. I definitely recommend this product. I ended up buying a second. This one is much better than others because the velcro ends on top of your foot, rather than others that end underneath and get caught on your sock.

These braces work well enough; however, the aluminum sticks break after just a few uses. I found that using wooden popsicle sticks to replace the aluminum sticks was a great fix. The popsicle sticks outlast the aluminum by quite a long time...

This is child-sized, but marketed as fitting adults. I'm a size 11 and the strap doesn't fit around either the foot or the big toe. Not too mention it's made out of low quality material. When I was trying to put it on, it felt like it was about to break

This brace is ok. I’ve worn it a few times. If I make it tight enough to stay in place while I run, my foot starts to throb. The direction of the straps seem to be a design flaw because they both “pull” in the same direction. I think it would be much more supportive if the toe strap was pulling in the opposite direction of the foot strap. Also, the toe strap latches in between the toes rather than on the outside of the big toe, making it more cumbersome to work with. Overall it’s better than nothing to support my toe when needed, but I’ll definitely keep looking for a better product. Quality of the material is good.

I was so happy to find this on Amazon. It has worked wonders for me. My toe is badly injured and twice the size of the other one. So much pain and surely hi thought it was broken. I still think it may have been. This big toe splint took away a lot of the pain I was feeling for a long time and really worked wonders for me. I hope it does the same thing for you! I am she’ll save this in case I have the problem again.

I was so hoping this brace would work bc I have horrible toe pain and needed something that would support it and keep it straight while it healed. But this item is not supportive at all unless I tighten the bottom strap really tight to were it is painful, then it feels a little more supported but still not enough. The metal part needs to be longer to prevent the toe from bending. It almost needs a second metal bar across the top as well to really stabilize the toe. I’ll be returning it and continuing my search for the perfect toe brace 😩

If you've broken your big toe or sesamoid bone (in my case both), but thebhospital shoe doesn't fit, this thing works wonders for support. Can be worn all day and night. If you have a larger foot, I'd say it might be worth checking measurements first!
