Hydration and immune system booster.
Very similar to the other popular brand, but with a little extra for your immune system. Perfect size packets for a large drink of water and the lemon lime is the best flavor on a hot day for hydration. I found out about these from someone doing research on hydration that would not require getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. This worked well for them for that purpose, and for mine do not have to find a restroom out and about when trying to stay hydrated.

Better than Liquid IV and similar brands
I like these hydrating drinks and my first ever was Liquid IV. The taste of that drink was so bad and the sugar content was so high. For one, I am diabetic and the sugar isn’t good so I was looking for a healthier alternative. This drink has almost 0 carbs and tastes much better. I actually enjoy this. I wish the price tag wasn’t so hefty though. Will purchase again if this ever goes on sale.

Little Too Expensive

Summertime must!
These are my go to daily. I tried the variety flavors but the lemon/lime is my personal favorite. This summer has been exceptionally hot and it is so easy to “over water” yourself. These packets help to stay hydrated without diluting what our bodies need to function. If you’re pouring into a 12 oz bottle of water, you can use 1/2 a packet for casual consumption. I use a full packet if I am outside. They dissolve quickly, no grainy taste.

Not as good as other brands, and more expensive
Too sweet, not lemony enough--and twice the price per ounce as other choices. Other brands have larger packets. These packets are smaller. Other brand packets I ususally use half in a big thermo. This one I had to use the whole packet. Overall weight of this one is 5.6 ounces, vs. 16 ounces of comparable other brands. Basically, a mediocre off-brand.

Very subtle flavor! Easy mix!

Strong gasoline smell
Normally a huge fan of this electrolyte mix but just received a bag of packets that both smells and tastes strongly of gasoline. It’s a really pungent, offensive chemical smell. Won’t be buying this again, not worth the risk.
