I have purchased this brand and size of melatonin from this seller twice now. They arrive quickly, taste great, and they help me sleep. They do the job with about 3 gummies, and that is for someone who weighs about 200 lbs, so I think that's pretty impressive. I do sometimes have rather vivid dreams, but if the point is to get some ZZZZs, then I can definitely recommend this item from this seller as quality.
