It works perfectly! Just as described. Perfect size. Love the incense it comes with, plus cute mat and tweezers.

While I love the look and quality of the incense burner, the cones that come with it are absolute trash. I didn't like that they were all in the same bag, and I couldn't even tell which scent is which and was barely able to smell them at all before lighting them. And no matter which cone I burned, they all had the same horribly scorched and charred odor. I have to air out the whole house to get rid of the stench. Also, if there is just the slightest draft or air movement in your room, the visual "waterfall" effect will not work. I only have a PC in my room, and even the minimal air movement from the PC fan will disturb the flow of the smoke. Do yourself a favor and throw them in the trash, and buy some good quality backflow cones. For good quality incense you will pay a little more money, but the difference is incredible. When you get 100 incense for next to nothing, you can be guaranteed they are trash.

Overall, this incense burner looks wonderful. The cone holder on top does appear to be on a slight angle, but backflow cones can be angled on it to work. The waterfall effect is nice when it works. There needs to be almost no airflow around it for it to work right, however, and even then can be hit or miss on how well it works. My video shows it flowing on a calm, windless night in an enclosed balcony, and it isn't flowing the same way it shows in the listing. This may be better with higher quality backflow cones, though. Otherwise, make sure all fans are off and there isn't a direct airflow from an air conditioner or a breeze from an open door or window. The included cones are okay at best. Definitely opt for higher quality ones elsewhere. They're good to get you started, and they do smell nice enough, but that's about it. The stick incense on the side is designed to angle outside of the holder. This is okay if you set the holder offset on the included mat, otherwise the ash will end up all over your surface. It can be angled inward, but it doesn't sit right or all the way in when doing it this way. Overall, it's useable, and the design is very nice. Just don't expect perfect waterfall quality smoke with any airflow or with the included cones.

This is very pretty. All you do is take it out of the box and done. The little mat it comes with gives it a little something extra. This is very sturdy and robust. Bonus, it holds both sticks and cones!

Got this as a gift came nicely packaged and was very sturdy
