this one has the better quality printing
Of the four Hugh Montgomery genealogy studies, this one has the better quality printing, and contains most of the information available in the other 3 short books. Montgomery admits to his earlier errors, but in each of his 4 short books, there's less than 10% new information. Much of the information is spotty, and one has the impression that Hugh Montgomery is not sharing what he knows because he intends to print yet another short book. Montgomery waxes on about other irrelevant historical issues, including information about William the Conqueror's Conquest of England that adds nothing to the identification of the God-kings of England. Two things he addresses worth reading are the fact that William the Conqueror's mother was most likely Jewish, and that William the Conqueror's ancestor, Rollo the Viking, is the son of Keitel, who was the son of Bjorn Ironside. The Montgomery's descend from an uncle of Bjorn Ironside so if you are a Montgomery, this is a good book to purchase to learn more about your ancestors.
