Easy replacement
All the videos online have you disassembling the front load LG washer. If you can tip it up on an angle instead, which I did by putting a couple jacks stands on their side to hold it in place, then you can reach this part on a wm2455hw front load LG washer. Other washers may have this somewhere other than the front and bottom of the drum, but that is where it is on this unit.Pull it carefully out of the rubber gasket, pinch in the two tabs on the white connector , clip the zip tie . Replace with a new one by sliding it carefully into the gasket, clip the white connector back together . Double check everything is in there solid.Done.Remember to unplug the washer first. I didn't even have to disconnect water or drain.Can't say yet if the part fixes the tE issue but the replacement of it was simple.
