I do like the concept of this company. I wanted a pair of casual shoes and this is my 1st pair of Tom's. I have others thar are similar in a different brand that I like better. But I'm happy with these. They are a little "flat" and I needed an inner sole.

The toms that I received were clearly used. I waited to receive them for a very long time and I was disappointed to see that they were not new.

Like these, although a wee bit more padding in the insole would benefit ...I have an older pair that does have just that .I am happy with the social responsibility of this company, and I do like their product but this did help with the sale , knowing the disadvantaged are given a pair of shoes for each purchase we make.
