Surprise! It's exactly what it says.
If you use Benadryl for sleep, this would be great for you. It is diphenhydramine, the generic, and works just as well. I wouldn't recommend it for allergies since it has a short half-life and is sedating, but works well for sleep. If you need this many tablets for allergies, you need to see a doctor. I've been using this for months and it's exactly what you would expect for a great price.

This puts me to sleep gently
I like this sleep aide. I've tried melatonin and I kept having to take more and more. These I just take 1 little pill before bedtime. It's so nice to get some sleep finally.

They are super small
If you have trouble swallowing pills, these are perfect. But if you can swallow a fistful of pills at a time, these are ridiculously tiny. They tend to slip through your fingers, if you are not careful. Other than that, they work fine. I will be purchasing the normal size next time.

Replaced Tylenol PMs
I didn't want the Acedaminifn that is in Tylenol PMs. Cheaper and works just as well.

Identical to Benadryl, but incredibly cheaper. As someone who suffers horrible allergies to a thousand different things, this is a medication I have to take, daily. Saved me tons of money and works!
