Excellent Product
This set of 3 Ice Packs (Small, Medium and Large) is a really good product. You should fill ice cubes as per your requirement in the bag and empty the bag after usage to dry it and keep it ready for your next use. As per the company's recommendation, you should never keep these bags inside the freezer. The best thing about the product is that you can use it directly on the affected area without the need of having a cloth to protect your skin or your hand. The cloth does not expel much water out even after the ice cubes have melted which makes it very convenient. I have been using this for about a month now and it definitely looks durable.

Worth the 💰
I use it as a hot fermentation pack & really like the product. It keeps the water hot for good amount of time (20-25mins). Because of it being a flexible product, it's easy to carry, doesn't occupy much space. The lid closes tightly & haven't seen any water leakage.

Cold pack works fine... Hot pack not so good..
I used them few times after purchase. Initially i used it for cold packs.. it works really good. No leakage. Served its purpose beautifully.I recently tried hot packs. I used the larger size.It was leaking. You need to be careful using hot water packs

Durable and leak-free
I have not had this long but the only problem I've had is that for the smallest bag, I need to screw the top on very tight to get it to be totally leak-free. If I don't, it will drip slowly around the cap but only if I squeeze the bag very hard. Its not a problem in normal use and the other bags have great seals -- just snug them down firmly and I get no leaking no matter how hard I squeeze the bag. There is one feature I was not expecting and I will not judge it as a positive or negative yet. Other bags that I have bought have a tapered seal between the cap and bag opening (both made of a fairly hard plastic). These have never failed after years (in some cases, decades) of use and seal without having to screw the lid on very hard. My new bags (Ohuhu) have a slight ridge-ring around the bag portion that press into a silicone (or similar rubbery material) gasket.I don't know what the future holds for the gasket seal but this is my biggest concern. Gaskets can eventually become distorted (especially if left compressed continuously) and start to leak or require more tightening than usual to prevent leakage. But this depends on how resilient the gasket material is and I suspect that it won't be a problem for years (or decades) into the future. I realize that my "preferred" taper seal is not without its pitfalls, either. While I never had a problem with them, if they do get scratched or dinged, the seal can be compromised -- perhaps irreparably. At least with the gasket, if there is a problem, it can usually be cured by tightening it more or, you can usually find a replacement gasket.I am not getting new bags because my old ones failed but because I haven't cared for them well enough and one of my big bags (roughly between the medium and large Ohuhu bags) has gotten a bit moldy. I will say that the material of the Ohuhu seems much more durable. The outside is a tough nylon(ish) cloth which I expect will resist abrasion and any potential puncture events that might happen in normal use (I wouldn't set it on a board with an exposed nail and then set a box of books on it or use it as a cutting board -- but that isn't normal use). In this respect, I like them a lot better than my old bags.If you haven't used ice bags, they're less expensive and less wasteful than the single use cold packs. They stay cold longer than the single use or re-freezable packs. If you find the ice has melted, it's easy to just dump out some of the water and add a few more ice cubes. I sometimes use them as hot-water bags, too. I don't know what the manufacturer recommendation is on their use for hot water, though.I've also found that the best way to use them (for me) is to put in quite a bit of ice and just enough water to allow ice to move around freely so the bag can conform to your body. If the bag is too full, it will roll off when you try to have it sit in place on your head, shoulder, etc. I then squeeze the bag till the water is almost to the top of the opening and then put the cap on. In other words, have as little air in the bag as possible -- again, because a full bag will be too much like an inflated balloon and just roll off.

Amazing, both Hot and Cold!
I suffer from chronic migraines, so ice is a must on my head during an episode. These ice bags have been wonderful! You get a 3-pack of different sizes -- small, medium and large. I have been using either the medium or large for my headaches, but the small is perfect for other areas of the body, such as a knee or elbow, or even for one of my children if need be. To fill the bags up, just simply unscrew the plastic top. The opening is large enough to easily accommodate a variety of sizes of ice, and the standard cubes fit through no problem. The inside of the bag is a thick rubbery material. It keeps the ice cold for a solid 4 hours and it keep all of the moisture inside, so the outside cloth does not get damp. Once the top is screwed back on, they are air tight and do not leak at all! To empty it, just pour the water out and leave the top off to air dry. You can also use these as hot bags for muscle aches. I just heated up water in the microwave, NOT boiling and carefully poured it on. It kept the water hot, which I like it very hot, for a good 2 hours! It felt wonderful on my aching neck and shoulder. These bags are very well made with quality materials, so I can see them lasting a long time with proper care. I am beyond satisfied with them and I would definitely recommend them to others for a multitude of uses. Great product all around! I received this item at a discounted cost in exchange for my honest review.

It’s been 5 years
I still have these after 5 years! They held up very well. I have lost one along the way due to putting too much pressure on the seal where the lid is. The other two still are holding up and are very easy to clean. They haven’t molded discolored or started to smell. Hope I can get another five years out of the two I have.

Three sizes of heat or ice bags
I like the fact that there is three different sizes and that you can fill them up with either ice or hot water makes them very good when they cool off a little bit you can just throw them in the microwave for 10 or 20 seconds to reheat them. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
