Great for body soreness
I was pleasantly surprised by this. The massaging is perfect. Only thing I wish it had was more time. It doesn’t stay on long enough for me

Lots of variety in speeds but doesn't work for my needs
There are several programs you can run, you can turn on or off 4 different regions, however the mat only stays on for 15 minutes, then you have to completely redo the entire configuration, pretty annoying and why I returned it.
