I really wanted to like this toothbrush, but I’ve had bristles come off three times so far while brushing. Not every time, but enough to lose trust in the product. After it happened the second time, I hoped it was just a fluke, but it just happened again which is frustrating and concerning. I hate that I can’t rely on something meant to help with dental health. Definitely not buying this again.

Takes some getting used to and feels a little big for my back teeth but otherwise, I feel like my teeth and gums are getting the care they need.

It would be more awesome if the bristles rotated and were a bit more soft. But other than that, takes a bit to get used to but it’s alright

Like the product, don't like that it didn't come with cord to plug in base for charging. Pretty necessary item for rechargeable product.
