Functional and sturdy
This item was very easy to assemble and even though not top notch quality, it works really well for my shoes! I was surprised at how many pairs it could hold even after taking out the two shelves near the bottom so it could hold my boots. If you are looking for a simple (but not too fancy) shoe storage solution then I recommend this!

Not too shabby
My wife and I have been looking around for a good shoe organizer. After the last denim fabric collapsed, we got so sceptical about any that is not wood-made. Well, wood ones are not cheap too.Finally we decided - more like I decided so someone will be blamed if it doesn't work like the last one - to go ahead and get this one.I gave it 5 stars since it's more than expected: tidy, hide and hold shoes well, overall affordable.The manual is not detailed but it can be figured out.

Instructions for this are useless!!!
It's an okay shoe rack once you figure out how to put it together. Instructions that came with it are USELESS!! You are given parts that are NOT even included in the instructions. Had to spend time trying to search the internet to find some sort of instructions that would even come close to this product. Took way longer to put together then it should have. Really need to correct the instructions for this!!!

Its very sturdy and its not too big and too small size is perfect. Its easy to assemble. The price is more than worth it and I love the fact that it has a cover made it look so neat even if you put it behind the door by the living door. I love it a lot.

I am not sure if I was sent a bad item or not but a few of the fabric parts that actually hold the shoes were ripped. I decided not to send the product back because it seemed like too much hassle. Overall the storage space in this is very impressive. If I had gotten one without a defect I would’ve given it full stars.

Great customer service not so great product
Some of the white pieces came broken. The metal bars didn't fit at all. It made the shoe rack unstable and wobbly. I wouldn't buy this or recommend this. The 3 stars are solely from customer service alone. I contacted them and they fixed the issue immediately.

A good buy
Kind of a pain to put together and have a little trouble getting three pairs per half row, depending on the shoe (wear size 6) but otherwise this is a very handy, sturdy and solid piece

Not sturdy
Didn’t like the quality. Some poles are bent, stiching were broken, poor quality zipper.Update: Completely broke after 2-3 months.
