I broke my fibula and started swimming since I cannot run. I used this to help me find stroke and breathing rhythm and it helped almost instantly to help improve my form. I used it during my warm-up (about 15 mins). My only complaint is the friction between my legs. I would recommend using ultra-glide or squirrel nut butter, put it between your dry legs to help prevent friction. Great product, I will keep it and use it again after my inner thighs heal and will apply anti-chafe stick prior to getting wet. For reference I’m 5’2 and 125lbs and I ordered the junior size. Maybe I should have ordered the larger one and it wouldn’t have chaffed. I’m not sure.

The pull bouy was a little small for this 6 foot 4 inch male. Plenty of buoyancy but a bit small to hold in place. My friend used it and loves it, 5foot 8 inches.

This was a great purchase for me. I got it for my 8-year old granddaughter who is a competitive swimmer. It is the junior size, and she says it is perfect for her. It is solidly made, and she loved the color choice.
