This necklace is exceptional ,( like all of Ross Simon’s Italian silver.)It is the only brand that I will continue to wear because of the quality.

Really like that I can wear with most occasions turning around and lighter than it looks being sterllng.

This has been one of my favorite necklaces for the 10 months that I have owned it---it's a nice weight, does not tarnish, and looks good with many things. However, the soldering on one of the links has failed already. As you consider buying it, you should factor in the cost of a jewelry protection plan. I did not purchase a protection plan so I cannot say whether the customer service is good or not. I can't find a way to contact the company to ask about purchasing a repair.

I bought this a month in advance as an anniversary gift. She loved it, but when she put it on, she found one of the links were broken. I would like to get this replaced.
