Sturdy, well made and easy to install. Product is exactly as described and worked well. Allows the access I needed to get to the main stack clean out in my home.

Due to a water pressure regulator leak, I had to cut open a section of wall larger than the original 8 by 8 panel I had in the spot. So, I needed a panel longer with the same 8-inch width. This was the only panel I could find in an 8-inch width size that was longer. As far as panels go, this is a pretty standard hard plastic type panel. One thing I like about this particular panel is that it has a door style panel that opens on a hinge as opposed to the one I had before where you have to pull the cover off completely. The door panel can also be removed as well, if needed. The door is slightly more difficult than it should be to open though as there is no way to grab and pull it open on the door itself. It would have been nice if there was a small handle on the door to open. Other than having to cut the drywall to fit, that is about all there is to installation. Depending on your preference, you can use a glue or double-sided tape to hold the frame in place, if you cannot get the cut tight to fit. One thing I wish that this (and other panels) had would be a deeper inner frame so you could screw mount into a stud. Overall, this panel meets expectations and works for the purpose of providing a larger access to the inner working inside my basement wall. 4 stars

Used to repair ceiling instead of replacing sheetrock after water damage. Took me less than an hour to enlarge opening to precise measurements and install. Was able to install by slowly sanding opening until unit fit tightly without requiring any silicon or caulk. Hugely less expensive & time consuming than had I repaired/replaced sheetrock and attempted to match paint.

I installed it, but opening is not smooth. I figured it out by myself to push both of corners near hinges, however the weak plastic cover was bent and the top center was slitly bent and it get caught by the plastic frame and hard to open

Lokking long and hard for something to work for my clean out access in my finished basement. These are working perfectly. Inconspicuously blened into wall but will make it great if and when we shoul need to access the clean out points.
