Size is too small: only 9 x 7 inch. And not 10.5 x 8 inch as mentioned in description. A bigger size like a usual hot water bag would cover more area and provide more relief

Now a time can't fill about pain relief.It's power cut within 3 minute.As mentioned 1000 to 1200 ml water but donot fill.Hot remains for one hour only. Item fill like suspetiou.Let to use for some times than review.

Good thing is that it automatically stops charging once done. This i find a good security feature.The heater is easy to use and gives good heating.

Useful however there are sparks while heating it.

The media could not be loaded.  Its very useful and easy to use. The heat lasts upto to 1 to 1 and half hour.

Dislike. Not heating the hot bag hence could not use.
