Great earrings, but pass on the rainbow ones
I got the "rainbow" ones. The size is perfect, wraps right around my earlobe, not too tight not too loose. It was tough getting them in as they are a bit thicker than regular earring post, but with a little bit of soap and patience I got them in and they snapped closed easy enough. Taking them off is a challenge as well, it is very hard to grasp them to open them as they are tiny. Also, because when they are closed they are seamless it's hard to tell where to open them from. But none of those are deal breakers because once they're in they are awesome!! They look good, they're super super comfy and I love them! Now, about the color I got, the rainbow ones I got looked very similar to the picture however once they were in the rainbow didn't really translate. Because they are so small, only a little bit of color shows and the rainbow is not evenly distributed so it's not like you can choose the color you want either. Pretty much only half of the exterior side is what's visible so whatever color is on that portion is what will be seen. Mine are pretty much bluish-green. I still love the earrings though but am going to purchase the silver ones.

Great for Cartridge Piecing - I love it! (great fit in old piecing)
I bought the black 8mm sleeper for a cartridge piecing - it's a great little earning. The entire earring is the same gauge, you can't tell where it opens/closes, it slides 360 degrees through the piecing (if you want to play with it) and it looks fantastic. I wear a silver 8mm hoop in the ear lobe and the two look great together.Tip: Be sure to buy the right size. I was looking for something small, but didn't know what size was appropriate. I originally purchased the smaller 6mm. It was a tad too small for my cartridge piecing as it rubbed against the skin, had my piecing been slightly closer to the edge, it would have been absolutely perfect. I then bought the 8mm size, and bingo, an absolute perfect fit.The earring was easy peasy to insert and close and you can easily rotate it 360 degrees through the piecing,Uses in old piercing: This was an old piercing I hadn't used in 15 years. It never "closed up" but inserting the earring it did "re-open" it some. Initially, I used a hoop with a thin "hinged" piece advertised as an "endless hoop" - it had a "thin" wire-like (20 gauge?) piece that went through the piecing and took an act of god to close. However, I experienced some irritation when inserting the 365 sleeper. My ear got red and it was painful to lay on that ear at first. I suspected the irritation was because the old piercing needed a bit of re-opening and the gauge on the 365 sleeper required the opening to be at a full 18 gauge. The original piecing was 18 gauge, but it's been 15 years since I had an 18 gauge earring in there. To heal: I used the sea salt "piecing solution" available here on amazon. I soaked it two times daily for 5-10 minutes a day using a cotton ball, but quickly found a 2 x 2 gauze pad worked much better. Reading comments / related products, I discovered "Provon" antimicrobial soap (also bought via Amazon) and used this when showering to clean the ear and piercing. The cartridge piecing healed up beautifully in two weeks. No pain, no irritation, and I can sleep on it just fine -- in fact, I can't even tell it's there.

AMAZING, been wearing them for years
My husband bought these for me back in 2017 and I have LOVED them ever since. He didn’t know about gauge sizes back then, so they were hard to get in at first because they are bigger than a standard 20g post. But after a few days with them in, it took me years to start switching my earrings up again. I have 3 lobe piercings, diath, tragus & cartilage. The only one I didn’t put these in was the cartilage, but not for lack of trying. They just wouldn’t fit. I ended up buying small dangle earrings and taking the hooks off and putting the dangle parts on the hoops and wearing them that way. I loved it! Unfortunately I had to take them out for surgery and before I could put them back in my house was broken into and they were in my jewelry box that got stolen. So I was very upset to find out they weren’t being sold any more when I came to replace them. They were so comfortable to sleep in, and so sturdy. I loved them and am sad I can’t get new ones.

Love these
I had gotten the 8mm blue version years back and it had gone out of stock. So this time I got the 6mm blues when removal for one mri too many damaged some of my other rings.First, understand that these are tiny. They will not work for lower lobe piercings or nose piercings unless you're a child or a hobbit. But they're GREAT for mid ear piercings above the meatier lobe areas. They are easy to slip in and snap closed even without using a mirror. Once they snap closed they STAY that way.Hopefully they get the larger blue sizes back into stock so I can pick up some more to stash for just in case standby.

Too big for ear piercings
The 16g was way to big for my ears, but the 18g fit perfectly. They can be hard to clasp and remove (you might need help) but they are really secure. They don’t hurt when I sleep and they make cleaning a lot easier. Definitely recommend if you have a hard time sleeping in earrings.

Cute and stylish even after 1.5 years of owning them.
The thickness/mm of these earrings are perfect for what I like. Sometimes I wear them both (as I have two cartilage piercings in the same ear) but other times I have one hoop and one stud in as you can see in the pictures. They have never tarnished or rusted on me even after wearing them in the ocean and in all of my showers. They have never fallen out of my ears and are super easy to take on and off (the pieces simply click together). Sometimes if I sleep on that ear or take a really heavy nap the ring will leave a little hoop impression on the outer portion of my ear but it has never hurt or caused any pain. I recommend if you're looking for something dainty that you won't even remember is there!

different colors
I purchased the blue sleepers- they are different hues. One much noticeably darker than the other.
