Upgraded from the Denon X2700. Absolutely love the crisp audio and music is an absolute blast to listen with this amplifier. It has good enough power to power the KEF speaker that I have. Movies are realistic with very good channel separation giving life like sound effect.

Sub woofers are turned off by default and you have to turn them on in options menu. Audacity doesn't work. I had to set up manually. Bi-amping doesn't allow for crossover point for HF drivers. You get the whole signal to the HF driver unnecessarily loading that amp with bass. Doesn't have XLR output or inputs. Only has setup for external amp with 13.2 pattern. You can turn off speakers you're not using. The RCA preamp outputs still work but the power amps are still running in less than 13.2. IMO Sounds better than my Yamaha RX-A6A. Runs cooler than RX-A6A. You need at least 8" above amp for cooling. 3-4" and it will get hot. Similar to my old Onyko TZ-820 but better highs and good transient response.

The Marantz SR 8015 is a game-changer. As someone who appreciates high-quality sound, I recommend this receiver. I have paired it with Klipsch speakers, and wow, the sound is remarkable. Clear, crisp highs and a perfectly balanced low range that punches out with incredible clarity.

Excellent Product At Half The Original Retail Price. Excellent for 7.2.4 Home Theater Setup/Configuration. There is a newer version of this product, Cinema 30. But that is way too expensive. This once has all the channels I need, almost the same product specification, why not spend only 50% of the original product cost? The seller was also prompt, shipped and delivered the product intime. All GOOD!!!

I like nearly everything about this receiver. But it does run hot and the remote control is one of the cheapest feeling and often unresponsive pieces of junk I have ever used, which is completely unforgivable given the cost.
