Easy to hold and read. Perfect translation for everyday people today!
It is as advertised. Nice dark red hard cover, nice size for my aging hands & eyes. This is a 1992 printing. My original is a 1976 printing. It makes my eyes tire and struggle to follow the lines in order. From previous comments before i ordered this book, I was hoping for a larger print size, it may be only 1 point size or not, however, the lines have more white space between them which makes it easier for my eyes to read while resting on my lap. I have 3 other Versions but I always come back to The Good News For Modern Man Version for easier and quicker understanding. I'm Not a Greek, Hebrew, or Aramic scholar which is sometimes needed for understanding definitions of words used in other versions, such as KJV. I'm keeping this!

A VERY EASY READ
Don't know how accurate this particular translation is. I just started reading it, but it such an easy read and opens up the word naturally. I like it so far. It is the old and new testament. Arrived in one day. Binding is nice and tight, looks new like it should.

Die eher einfache Sprache in dieser Bibel ist besonders für Menschen, die nicht so viel Schulbildung haben oder nicht so viel lesen, eine echte Hilfe. Auch von der Stabilität her bin ich mit der Bibel sehr zufrieden.
