I put some hope on those drops but it didn't so anything at all, I guess you just have to try. For some it works.

Works great for my 3 year old! If he gets off track with naps/sleep, I give him one and he sleeps through the night vs frequently waking like he would normally. It's flavorless. He looks forward to his "squeeze water". I took one myself to try and it seemed to help a little! Melatonin makes us actually wake more, so this is a safe and effective alternative.

Didn’t work for my kids. One of them are super energetic and he was up all not on the serving I was suppose to give him . It calmed him down for a lil bit .

Saw reviews about this helping baby sleep, so decided to try. It's helped our 7-month old tremendously with popping awake at night! She was doing multiple early wake ups after being put down for bed, and after putting just half of a dose in her nighttime bottle, she is no longer doing that. She might fuss a little, but the homeopathic remedies in this are enough to help her calm back down. Definitely not too strong for her age, because I gave her half of one for her nap the first time I tried it, and she still wouldn't go down haha But if she's already tired, especially at bed time, this does the trick to help her stay relaxed and sleeping!

I bought this because I was looking for something without taste and that would actually work, to help get and keep my daughters on a schedule. These girls will stay up allll night and want to sleep all day. Luckily they go to private school online so they can do their work whenever they want, throughout the day. However... they have gotten accustomed to being on my schedule because I am always on the road and when I come home, they want to be awake to see me and spend time with me. So... I got this. Lol! Well... I gave one to my 14 and my 6 year old about an hour before I wanted them to be in bed and asleep.... and nothing. Nothing at all. I tried again the next night and again, nothing. So on the 3rd night, I tried yet again and still no results. This does not work. Or at least it doesn't work for my girls. I have a very high tolerance when it comes to anything such as medication (which I refuse to take 90% of the time unless it is absolutely needed)... so I worry about my daughters and if they are the same as me. Or is that even possible? It was just a waste of money, honestly. Maybe, hopefully, it will work for you and/or your kiddos... but for me? Nothing.
