Pad has no adhesive, You must either tape it in place or use an elastic wrap. Conforms very well to the shape of the wound area Keeps the wound dry and promotes healing. I use a silicone tape to hold the pad in place.. My compression wound still drains some every day. This pad absorbs the drainage and does not stick.

This is a good product for healing wounds,espically those wounds that have fluids. It is nonstick you need to use paper tape and Absorb-tec over the top for added cushioning and protection, but I have been using this for a long time and my wound is healing.

I needed a super absorbant pad for dressings but not adhesive. This is just what I needed. Super easy to use as they are individually wrapped and stay sterile. The perfect size for me to use and a good price.

I'm using these to dress a large sacral wound. They are very absorbent but are not adhesive. I use them in conjunction with an abb pad and wicks the drainage away quite nicely.
