Q: where are these made?

These gloves look nice and they feel nice on, the snaps are better then Velcro, but they are thin which is good for summer, but the leather is starting to peel and crack...so if your not going to use them for work they are fine, meanwhile I'm in the market for a new pair

They are thin. Good quality and feels sturdy.

Q: Are the knuckles actually cut out, or do they have some sort of mesh covering them?

Completely cut out... No Mesh or anything else
