A Must!! If you are on the path of Healthy Lifestyle
Thankyou Satvic Movement!! You guys have made my life so easy with this book. Even though i was eating only home made food , it was not enough for sedentary daily routine( sitting time > physically active time) that my work demands. Now I don't have to put the effort of mentally disciplining with choices I make for food because these recipes are so tasty. In just 10 days, I'm not snoozing the alarm for waking up and so I have time to do everything that I want to do in a day, I see my Yoga Practice sessions are just flowing like a breeze because my Body is so light and buoyant also I see I'm able to do many poses that I was never able to do. My need to get coffee/Tea to keep myself mentally alert throughout the day as come down. It's clearly visible the effort you guys put in each recipe . Can't wait to try to Food Book 2!! Keep doing the great work !!

The quality of the book is very nice, I love that it even have video links for recipes. I was using this for a month but I stopped because being vegan made me sick, my body needs omega 3 fatty acids for healthy liver, I started to Pray to Jesus for healing and I followed a balanced diet without any fast food, I also did light exercise but no heavy workout because stress is the reason for hormone Imbalance (pcod), I also took multivitamins and Omega 3 supplements zinc supplements, that's how I cured my PCOD and hypothyroidism without any medicine.

Precious Decision of Buying this Book
The media could not be loaded. I'm a person who is concerned about health but not sure how to start. So I decided to buy books and study about food, Spices, Food routine i.e. what to eat and when and this book guides to everything I needed.Thank you author for publishing such book. I wish such book comes out for 6 month old baby to 3 yr toddler.
