I love this pan. It gave me some amazing paellas, but its also really really good for baking pizza in oven and some other meals. Its a bit harder to clean than your normal pan, but worth the trouble. Make sure you keep it well seasoned so it doesn't get rusty. Great product

Works on the stove top, in the oven and on the BBQ. So versatile, even though it is a paella pan I have used it for stir fries, curries, baking in the oven and paella and risottos.Just keep it oiled so it doesn’t rust but it is a great addition to any kitchen indoors or out.

This excellent and versatile pan can make you look like you know what you're doing, even when you're cooking is dangerously inedible.However, once everyone had fully recovered, they all agreed that the food looked great in the pan, even if my cooking passed through their digestive system quicker than an express tube train.

Just what I needed to make risotto and paella. Very heavy, solid and traditional.

I can’t believe I paid so much money for this paella pan. It feels like a durable and quality product, but it rusted after a few fideuás and paellas. Now I have to meticulously wash it to get rid of all possible rust before cooking.Please don’t use it to toast the past of a fideuá on the stove.. the coating will peel off and the pan will rust.I’m so disappointed, I thought I had bought a pan for life.
