Excellante 18" X 13" Half Size Aluminum Sheet Pan, Perforated, Comes In Each

I needed to replace my old, grungy baking sheets, but since we live in a small town without a nearby restaurant supplier, it was very difficult to find anything in the local stores that was decent quality, reasonably-priced and NOT non-stick (which I did not want). I was happy to find this pan on Amazon and, after reading the reviews, decided to give it a chance and ordered one in the half-sheet size.When I got it, I was very impressed with how sturdy it was, without being unmanageably heavy. Not the least bit flimsy like cheap discount store pans, yet just as affordable. I immediately ordered a second one so I'd have the two pans I needed for my kitchen, and plan to order cooling/crisping racks to fit them as well.I can definitely see these lasting for years, with no non-stick surface to have to be careful of and eventually wear off anyway, and strong enough not to warp and pop like the flimsy pans I've had in the past. For a good, basic, lasting-quality sheet pan, you can't go wrong with these!

Despite the measurements being clearly listed, seeing a "half sheet pan" was much bigger in my mind than in my hand.I needed some new cookie sheets, as some are as old as our marriage.These were the right price, and I grabbed a couple, after measuring our tiny oven to be sure they would fit.The sheets are wonderful. The first thing I made with them was meatballs. Normally, they cause the old cookie sheets (technically jelly roll pans) to bend and pop a little in the oven. Not these! They are thick and wonderfully constructed for years of use. The pans feel so sturdy in your hands, and fit into the oven just fine.Very happy with them, and will be back for more!

I ordered these pans because, I needed pans that would fit the silicone baking sheets that I'd ordered. Also, I found them recommended on a food bloggers website. After removing them from the packaging, I did see some scratches on the bottom of the pan, but other than that they were fine. I love these pans. They are perfect. I used them during the holidays to bake cookies. The pans are heavy duty, and there was no warping in the oven. Usually after using a cookie sheets a few times they get these stains and burns, that never seem to come off. I've used these pans a lot and still no stains.

These are a great bargain. They work well and are sturdy enough. They do not stay absolutely flat always, I have some heavy steel ones that do, but close enough. They don't buckle or anything extreme but they are not perfectly flat all the time. It's not really a use issue, at least for me, but if I take them out hot from the oven and plop them on the soapstone counter the center of the pan will be a bit lower than the rest till it cools enough.The other "catch" over the heavy steel ones is that the pans are softer than the oven racks so they "stick" a bit. The steel ones just slide in these need a bit of a push. Not a big deal and if you can tip the pan slightly so you are sliding on the edge and not the bottom hey go in fine. It becomes a slight issue when you are using them as a drip pan for something liquidy where tilting is not an option and stickiness can be a problem. This may go away with use or maybe getting used to how they work as opposed to the steel ones.The positive is that the steel coming in cold always added some time while it heated up and the aluminum heats up really fast. Most of the time I'm baking and just a slight lift of the edge makes them slide easily so it's only the custard drip pan scenario that is still a bit of a challenge.For the price I should probably just give them five stars but I'm a function guy... A different choice of alloy would have made them hard enough to slide, but then maybe they would cost a lot more?So for a 1/2 sheet baking pan under $5 these are a great deal. If you do a lot of custard pies etc. then you may also want a steel pan.

These are some of the best Half-size baking sheets I've ever had. The price was amazing considering that I was willing to part with a bit of quality to get something reasonable priced these days and Boy! Was I surprised by the quality of the product when it arrived. They heat well in the oven and evenly and they don't warp! I bought two silicone baking mats to go with them (Culinary Couture Silicone Baking Mat Set (2) Non-Stick Cookie Sheet, Fits Half Sheet, 16-5/8 x 11 Inch.) which is why I wanted to keep the cost of the pans themselves down with them. Now baking cookies or whatever is a breeze and cleanup takes five minutes. I'm really really pleased and you will be t0o!

We bought two of these Excellante 18 Inch x 13 Half Size Aluminum Cooking Sheets. Well, we have been very disappointed in this cooking sheets.One of the pans after the second or third use developed a grease stain that for the life of me I can't get out! I have washed it by hand maybe a thousand times. It has a permanent spot in the dishwasher. Nothing I can do will get that stain off. Worst of all, the stain is very gross looking. It doesn't even look like Elvis, the Pope, or anything really! If it wasn't for aluminum foil, I would have thrown this sheet away months ago.The other pan held up longer and doesn't have a hideous grease stain on it. It instead looks all scratched up, like it got attacked by a werewolf or a chainsaw. Again, if it wasn't for aluminum foil, this pan would have gone away months ago.One positive note is they haven't warped in the middle yet. That's a plus...I think I am going to have to buy new sheets soon. That is too bad as I'd hoped these ones would last me a few years instead of a few months.

I had troubles finding this size of baking sheet in the stores and ordered them for my wife who does a lot of baking. She loves them and uses them constantly. After a few months of steady use they are still flat - not warped like some of the thinner ones she has. They fit nicely in our 36" wide oven. Nothing fancy - they just work well as you would expect.

To big for a conventional oven size so utter rubbish wast off money don’t buy .
