Beautiful stories, authentic feel, great cover and ideal for a present for a yogi that would like to understand the origin of various yoga poses. It’s in “short story” format so easy to read before bed. One at a time.

Haven't read it yet, looks good, tells you about alot of yoga moves and what they mean, but very overpriced .
