DWVO Fuel Pump Compatible with 2004-2009 Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 3.7L 4.7L 5.7L, Easy Assembly Enhanced Turbo Pump

It worked in my 08 dodge 4.7 flex. The part matcher does say it won't work and it's because of the plug is in a different spot on the top but the line will reach it with no problem. I hade to change mine but didn't see the point of spending an extra 50 bucks to have a plug right next to the supply line. it seems to be working well. I have not had it in for long but I have a 1500 mile trip and I'll see how it goes.. Update on the the pump I went on a 12 trip to Alabama and when I was in Alabama I run out of gas but my gage was reading 1/4 tank so when I got home I had to pull it and bend the arm wear it curves up a 1inch up to compensate for the pocket wear the pump go's in to. Now it seems to be reading teue

Buyer beware. This is not a slam of this product but a general warning. You are buying a car part online. The return of anything is messed up is a headache. I personally don't mind spending the extra $$ at a parts house just in case things go sideways and an immediate return is necessary. That being said, it is a great part. Plenty of pressure, no drop off, smooth acceleration or scalded dog levels. The install went rather easily. I'm reminded of a certain nocturnal crime fighting watr fowl when he says "let's get dangerous." Uncle and his help raised the bed to gain access few a quick steps and one a line install later, it works great. And yes, raising the bed is better. A little more work, but you dont have to worry about dumping gas every where.

Not gonna lie, I had my doubts. The OEM part from the auto store was about 4 times what this one cost. So far so good though. Truck cranked up the first time I hit the key. Hasn’t quit or hesitated since. I think I even gained a little horsepower because it has a little bit more bite and giddy up. Super happy with this plug and play fuel pump!

So I bought this for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Most videos will show you taking the fuel tank down. However, unless you plan on cleaning the fuel tank, I wouldn’t recommend doing it that way. It’s much harder and much more time consuming. The bed of the truck is held on by 6 bolts and Bam the tank and the fuel pump are right there. I’ve driven almost 2k miles and no issues yet. Works fine. Came packaged well.

The stupid fitment app on Amazon says it does not fit, but it does. My truck is the hemi motor. I search online for suitable, compatible parts numbers. Several of the numbers came up when I searched on Amazon for this item. I bought this as it would be delivered first. This part on Amazon was $150 less than any parts store local to me. I recommend this part, Also this seller. Item was delivered quickly, right when promised.
