simply put DIAMOND STRAP on your neck! there is no neck pain. and very comfort like you never put it on. some difference with other products is that when you lower the buckle,a saxophone will go up and when you up the buckle, a saxophone will go down,so the saxophone never down when you play!

Simple, secure, maybe the best yet.
Doesn’t seem to need a spreader in front. No complicated adjustment nonsense on the yoke. Compared it to a new BSS last night, liked it better at less than half the price. Doesn’t need readjustment every time I bend over to adjust pedals or pick something up, unlike the BSS. Down/up adjustment counter intuitive, but I like it, and it’s the first strap that will tighten high enough to use with my curved soprano.

Surprisingly comfortable
I wanted a neck strap for my bari sax and decided to try this one. I was mildly skeptical, but when it arrived I learned that it really is a good strap and very comfy.Only drawback is that it's kind of tricky to store it in my case. Perhaps I need a better case. :) I'll figure something out.

Amazing strap! OMG finally!
Im impressed. I was tired of no results Out of the many I have tried to relieve my neck pain and sometimes shoulder pain, so far, this has been the only one. There is some balance or trick on this strap lol that comforts me way better than the many I have tried before. Also, easy to store and comfortable to put on and off. Just simple!Bcoz of my cervical problem, I try not to abuse it, but I can go back again for a few hours practicing if I want without being worried. As it feels very exact and perfect in measurement for an average guy like me, I hope this strap can also fit bigger people who have wider necks and backs. Thanks

At Last! The perfect sax strap has come along (apologies to Etta James)
Forget all the others. Seriously, they're a waste of money that you can spend on other things on Amazon that you want.At Last!THe perfect sax strap has come along! My neck pain is now history,And I can jam all night long (if my wife will ever let me and my lip holds up)!Woo woo woo woo woo!I mostly play my tenor, occasionally my alto. Anything larger, I can't say. It is as simple to use as any standard sax strap, but elegant in design and appearance. I am 71 and I've been playing tenor for about 15 years. Comfort Seriously Matters!Forget all those other straps with too many buckles,, are rediculous to look at, and have thick metal plates that are hard to bend and impossible to custom fit without an anvil.Just get it!Ike

Cord is not long enough for any horn
I unfortunately had to return this product because it did not work. The cord was not just too short for bari sax, but too short for alto sax. It could be a really great product, but it’s not one size fits all, and I wouldn’t even consider myself to be a large person. This product could possibly work for soprano if you are as thin as paper.

Expensive but works
I can't use a standard neck strap. Too many neck injuries over the years. I have tried some other over the shoulder types with reasonable success. But this one is way more comfortable. It allows me to play the saxophone to the right side of my legs where the others only allowed holding the sax between my legs. Otherwise they would lift up off the one shoulder. I didn't want to spend this much money, but it's the only one I am using now. The others will work as a backup if necessary but this one is a lot nicer and very comfortable. So I am compelled to say it may be worth the price.

Comfortable and sturdy!
I’ve had other “bracket” type sax straps before but this one actually fits and stays put. The way it shifts the weight down to the back just below the neck actually feels good!

Finally, a neck pain free strap
This is the most comfortable and functional neck strap I have ever used. I have been playing for over forty years and been through over a dozen traditional style neck straps and about half dozen of others claiming 'improved design' to alleviate neck and back pain. Most have failed in some way or another. Traditional ones give discomfort to the back of the neck and sides of the neck. And while some of the newer designs relieve that pressure off the neck, they are often clunky and cumbersome to adjust and may cause discomfort in other areas like upper back or lower back in the way they are design to support the weight of the sax. This one is perfect! It still slides over the head like a traditional strap but sits more on the shoulders and far down beyond the nape of the neck. Its a most comfortable area to support the weight of the sax and makes it almost effortless. The strap I was using before this was similar in weight distribution concept but was cumbersome to use and adjust to my body and also caused lower back pain from overcompensating to support the changed weight distrubution.CIELmusic got this right! Best design ever for a sax neck strap in my opinion. And the lowering and raising mechanism is genius and effortless with no slipping or slacking once set in place. This is the best investment I have ever made for my sax playing health. My freedom of expression has increased because now I'm barely aware of what's hanging around my neck.
