I did a lot of research before purchasing this product. Overall I am satisfied with it. The only thing I advise people to do is to take it with food, as stated on the bottle. I did not take it with food the first week. I was only taking it with peanut butter, or fish oil. Huge mistake!!! I suffered from heartburn everyday and I had no idea that ubiquinol was the culprit.
