When the switch arrived the first time, it didn't work, the switch stayed closed in both the on and off position. Communication was prompt, with in a day I would receive a reply. They wanted to know how the switch was set up to try to figure out any issues that could be not related to the switch. I had double checked and also checked for continuity wit a multi-meter, it was definitely defective. Within a few days They sent up a new switch which is the best you can expect. Reading the descriptions some have set up the switch with a relay, I would only do that if the equipment that you are trying to run takes too much current. If possible I would avoid it, it greatly simplifies installation and cost if you can avoid it.. The wires that come out of the switch are .22 AWG and since these are component wires you can get away with running about 5 AMPs through them. The description says 10 AMPs I would think that is too much. I have included a picture of how I have the switch set up. I used a "specialized" plug and plug-in with horizontal prongs so it couldn't be confused with a regular 110V plug-in so I would have a handy disconnect.

Geht man davon aus, dass die Sensorleitungen im Ruhezustand (kein bzw. zu wenig Wasser) also nicht verbunden sind (Kontakt offen), wäre die korrekte Bezeichnung: NO. Durch die Doppelnennung bin ich von einem Wechslerkontakt ausgegangen und habe mich nur deshalb für diesen Artikel entschieden, weil ich für meine Anwendung einen NC bevorzugte. Die anderen Angebote waren alle NO.Nun ja, ich habe meine Schaltung entsprechend angepasst, der Sensor funktioniert einwandfrei und wird es wohl auch noch lange tun, da es hier nicht wirklich Verschleißteile gibt. Die Auslösung erfolgt magnetisch: In dem Schwimmer sitzt ein Magnet, der einen Reed-Kontakt im Grundkörper bedient. Sicher wird das Scharnier irgendwann einmal verkalken, aber elektrisch wird da nichts passieren.Fazit: Wäre die Artikelbeschreibung korrekt, gäbe es 5 Punkte, durch die falsche Beschreibung sollte es eigentlich 1 Punkt geben, aber durch die gute Verarbeitung sind es nun bei mir 3 Punkte ("Nicht schlecht")

I used this part which was under 20 dollars to repair a damaged part identical on a Jackson Commercial Dish Washer that is worth 250.00 from a commercial parts store (Parts Town). The part worked and is working great. My customer was very greatful. Goes to show how much parts are over priced when geared to high end machines.
