I bought this clay because I wanted to make a terra cotta “oil lamp” to put an electric tea light in ( to look like the real oil lamp seen on the right side of the photo). I was only planning on making one lamp with a little pitcher to represent the extra vial of oil, like in the Bible story of the ten virgins. Three pounds of clay is a lot and I ended up making four lamps and three vials and still only used two pounds of the clay. The clay is soft and easy to use and it bakes really quickly.

I haven’t worked with clay in decades but I wanted something I could set my little air plant on. So I attempted a hedgehog. The clay very easy to work with and rudimentary results are because of my lack of expertise, not any issues with the clay lol.
