This is the only company I know of that includes puzzle saver sheets in the box. And they also give a true 1:1 poster of puzzle.When building puzzle I discovered there was 2 pieces missing. I emailed Gerjato about this. This was the Friday of this past Memorial Day weekend. Didn't figure I'd hear from them till Tuesday, but that evening I received an email from the Sales Manager that same evening. Anyway, 3 days later I received a replacement puzzle. Great product and great customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more from them.

The finish on the surface of this lovely puzzle is second to none. It's clear, and the matte finish is much better than the usual high gloss finish. The color gradient made assembly of the sky quite easy. The pieces easily slipped into their correct place, and even if the place was wrong, the pattern on the back quickly confirmed whether a mistake had been made.I did have 2 missing pieces, and I spent the morning cleaning the area around where I assemble puzzles, only to happily find one of the pieces. The other is still missing. 😢I will be contacting the company in the hope that they can find my orphan piece.***update***I contacted the company about the missing puzzle piece, and they very quickly offered to replace it (and the surrounding pieces). In this day and age of companies who lack customer service, the rapid and comprehensive response to my problem was refreshing! My review cannot express just how wonderful they have been to me! Thank you again, Jaanus!One other thing. The 1/1 poster is nice, but waaaaay too big. I prefer a 1/6 or so size, it's easier to manage. The included postcard size picture was helpful, but a slightly larger one would be nice.

Wow! Great puzzle with letters on back to sort into sections. Very high quality. I like the fact that the pieces are 4 sides and all interlocking. No weird shapes. I plan to buy more!

Fine quality. All pieces fit well, are thick with a nice color and texture. I would not have been able to put it together without the lettering on the back. All the pieces were there. I will look to buy other puzzles from this vendor.

Well crafted puzzle. Durable. When I thought a piece was missing, the customer service was quick to respond and offered several options to resolve the problem. Lucky for me the dark piece was found on a dark floor. I highly recommend this puzzle and company.

This was almost as good as my favorite brand [Huadada]. No puzzle dust. A bit more difficult but doable and lasted longer since it took me a bit longer. A bit more expensive but still affordable. Nice picture, good colors. Soft snap as place pieces. All good except that a number of pieces seem to fit in more than one spot which I strongly dislike. That's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5.

This was a fun puzzle, but the pieces were not thick like the other Gerdato puzzles I have worked.

Beautiful colorful puzzle , that I couldn’t wait to get started on! Included with the puzzle is a large colorful picture of the completed scene.This was helpful to refer to.This 1000 piece puzzle was challenging to assemble , but worth it because it is so beautiful upon completion!
