Bonsai tools are generally really expensive, so I was hesitant about this toolset.However, I can say with confidence that these tools work great! I've been able to cut thick branches with the scissors, and they aren't dulling as quickly as I thought they would.This toolset is great if you want to do bonsai on a budget or are getting into the hobby. Highly recommend!

The tools are heavy duty metal. Storage box attractive and you could leave on the counter and it looks very nice

Seems nice so far, really like the root rake, other options have better assortment, but terrible root rakes.

Package came in right on time but it was missing the wires. I wrote the company to get this rectified the day it came in and Have received no response. Also the large handle scissors were not straight and it cut the edge off of one side when I closed them. It’s an ok set for first time bonsai I guess.

Heavy, very nice tools and box!

This was sent as a gift. The recipient said the tools were very nice and seemed to of great quality. The wooden box seemed extremely well made as were all of the tools. So far they have worked very well.

I must say, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the tools. The packaging is nice, but the tools are half useless. The useful tools are the root rake and pick. The butterfly shears have a bump at the tips of each blade and don't close smoothly, and are not sharp enough. The tips of the concave cutters don't even touch, and are not sharp at all. The scissors are not bad, but they don't close smoothly, it's a rough close and does not cut cleanly. I am quite disappointed with this purchase.
