Works well
I bought one of these to replace an old UPC400 which had warped, and have been very happy with the purchase. It keeps cold things cold, and hot things hot, for hours. I have not done a side by side comparison between the two, but for my needs, this is a great alternative.The only issue I've had is that after about two years of light use, the latch broke, and had to be replaced. It took me a little while to find the part, but once I contacted the manufacturer, I was able to buy one for a reasonable price. Would buy again.
