The only improvement I could suggest is a beveled tip for detail work, aside from that, perfect.

I ordered two pair of these and haven't been disappointed. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and plenty sharp enough for my purposes. I use them to harvest medicinal cannabis and for trimming during the grow. They've stood up to two grows / harvests and show no wear at all. While I don't use them for final manicuring, they could be used for that.I saw a reviewer state that the locking mechanism was difficult to engage, but I have not had that experience.At one point, one of the springs did pop out but it was easy to stick back in place and it hasn't come out again.While I have seen better scissors, I've never seen them at this price.For this price, this is a good product. I wouldn't hesitate to order them again in the future.

These very quickly became my absolute favorite shears and I covet and hide them as necessary. They cut so cleanly and precisely, which is expected from a new shear, but the curve and quality of the blade makes these absolutely beautiful to use. They are comfortable in my hands and I just love how easily and smoothly I can get around stems and other branches to get the exact cut for which I was looking, without any casualties or mishaps to nearby leaves. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and plan on getting another pair or 5 so I always have a nice clean pair when I want to play in the garden without having to hide them from others to do so! lol!

Good trimmer for the price. Worked well trimming flower all day at work.

I WASNT SURE HOW GOOD THESE "FLORAL SHEARS" WOULD WORK, BUT NOW I KNOW. THESE ARE THE NICEST "GLORAL SHEARS", THAT YOU CAN GET FOR THE PRICE!!!!! THEY ARE VERY SHARP & CUT VERY CLEANLY. THE CURVED BLADE IS A PLUS. WITH A CURVED BLADE YOU CAN GET UNDERNEATH THE FLOWER TO CUT IT AS CLOSELY AS YOU NEED IT TO BE. WOULD BUY ANOTHER SET AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT. GREAT COMPANY, FAST SHIPPING,& GREAT PRICES!!!!!

Might be okay just for trimming if you are careful not to get the spring gunked up. Don't try to use it for harvesting and cutting down big branches, it'll go through if you push hard enough but the plastic in the center will pinch your skin real bad. Still have a bad blister in the center of my finger. But hey they are the basic scissors, I'd prefer to use ones without springs from now on.

I wanted a new pair of scissors for bud-trimming season so I bought these. I'm sure these scissors would work fine for many applications, but they are no good for trimming. I have only used them for about an hour and I'm already over them. My main complaint is the tips of the blades (pictured). When you buy a pair of pointy scissors, you expect them to be pointy. These scissors look like the first few millimeters of the point has been snapped off! As a result, there are 4 sharp corners at the tip of each blade. The corners catch and tear the flower and make precision trimming extremely difficult. Cleaning also becomes frustrating because the sharp corners shred off little pieces of paper towel with every wipe.Other complaints: One of the blades is not snugly seated into the handle and it wiggles slightly, side to side. The spring is stiffer than similar scissors I've used and stiffer than I like. The blades are not stiff enough and resin buildup can easily force them apart, further decreasing performance.

I like these curved blades for trimming herbs in particular. I later ordered the same brand only with the blue handle and like those even more because the blades are thinner making it easier to get in to those really tight areas. They both have their uses and are very good quality, fitting comfortably in my hands
