It's easy to mould if you follow the instructions/video. I've never worn mouth guards before but I founf these to be very comfortable to wear. Also, their support department is great. They were checking in with me for the first few days to ensure all is well. Highly recommended!!

My dentist recommended these to prevent me from grinding my teeth in my sleep. They really work. I have worn through two packs in the last two years. Grateful for the protection and comfort. Also keeps me from biting my tongue in my sleep which was terrible before!

I have a sensitive gums that sometimes bleed even though I am just brushing my teeth. I had to wear mouth guards for my bruxism and I was scared that it would make my gums even worst, but it works really great. The material is sofe and it doesn't iritate my gums, it actually fits well to me, it was so easy to use. I actually liked wearing it at night.

Super easy to mold and fit is good. The only downside is when you wake up, there’s a lot of saliva in your tray. Idk if my molding is too loose or it’s normal. This is my first time using this product for grinding

This is helping my teeth as far as the clenching at night. It is frustrating to get the right fit and I even found a video on YouTube that was an instructional step by step. But that is the fact for any mouth guard unless you have a dentist fit you. This will work for me until I can get one made and it was a very good value.
