Jackel Large Sewage Basin Cover (Model: SF24B)

Q: What are the outside dimensions of this cover, my ez set is 27.5 and a tuf tite is 26.5, so does not fit

The best solution is to go on line and see if you can find a cover of the correct size. Otherwise, find a local craftsman who can make an outside ring out of stainless steel for the tuf tite and put a rim on the cover that would allow the cover to be an insert. This should not take too much skill. Good Luck

Q: Does it come with the seals also and hardware to seal the vent and discharge?

This cover includes a sealing tape that is meant to be attached in between the bottom of the cover and the rim of the basin. The Jackel sewage cover, model: SF24S comes with vent and discharge holes already cut and includes the flanges and seals. You can walk on wouldn't drive over it

Q: Can i use a pds200 flange for my 2” discharge and vent or do i need a threaded vent?

Threaded vent would be best (Model PVT200).
