The Healthy Skin Care CD by Universal Sound Therapy is designed specifically to address the many potential problems, ailments and conditions that affect people's skin. Unlike most skincare solutions such as chemical serums which aim to correct a problem by introducing something that creates the opposite (like introducing a drying chemical to your skin to improve an oil imbalance) this sound therapy aims to correct all skin issues by working with your body to restore its natural healthy state. It works like this: all the systems in our bodies vibrate at very specific frequencies. When you get acne or unhealthy skin it's because your skin and related systems are vibrating out of tune. The frequencies on this CD reintroduce the correct frequencies back into your body. Your body adjusts itself back to its natural frequencies and healthy state. The Healthy Skin Care CD is easy to use. You just put the headphones on your body (not directly over your ears) to get the sound vibrations into your body. It does not need to be loud.
