Very Impressed!
I ordered these for my mother who has developed skin sensitivities to things like spandex, polyester, and Lycra. Needless to say, it is hard to find a bra that does not have one of those ingredients! We ordered the 44DD size as this was the only size that we thought might have worked. The bras arrived quickly. They came individually packaged in a sealed bag. The cotton fabric is really, really soft...lovely feel. The construction of the bra was done very nicely with the exception of a one-inch section of stitching that looked as if the tension of the top threads were not correct so the top stitch was loose for about 10 stitches. The shoulder straps were adequate; not to thin but not overly thick. The only issue we had with this bra was the design. The way the ties have to be done on the underside of the breast was just too difficult for my mother who is in her mid-70s and has arthritis in her hands. We considered tieing them and then having her 'step in' to the bra but her hips are a bit too wide to do that. So, we had to return them. Our return is based solely on the fact that they did not work for my mother's physical restrictions. Otherwise, I think this is a great non-toxic, organic option for a bra.

This thing is weird
It buttons in front, but the "side ties" are actually strings knotted together that connect the loose side of each end (in a drawstring fashion) with the opposite side. It's a clever idea, I suppose, but the result is a bra that is fastened in front and yet has to be put on and taken off over the head, like a sports bra, which is exactly what I have never liked. Fasten in front bras are supposed to be easy to put on!Since my shoulder injury means I can't even try it on right now, I can't speak for the bra's comfort. For what it's worth, the fabric does look like undyed natural cotton, it's soft, and the adjustable shoulder straps are nice and wide. There's a seam that goes up and over the breast and probably nipple, but it's smooth and doesn't look like it'll be uncomfortable. The knotted strings, however, would probably show up very visibly under anything tighter than a T-shirt.As another note, I ordered large like suggested, and I think my normal size would have fit well enough. This is too big for me.My advice to the company is this; if you want to make a drawstring bra (which I agree is a neat way to get around having elastic), have the strings tie in back, so they don't interfere with putting it on or off. Or even have them tie in front, though then you'd have to re-tie them every time you put it on. You've already got a drawstring base right here, so it shouldn't be hard to change it. Someone that was decent with a needle could probably do it herself. It's too big for me, though, so I'll just return it.

Almost entirely plastic free.....almost
I love this. It is far from being the sexiest bra I have ever seen, but it is comfortable, cute if your short drops too low and it peeks out it looks just like a cute blousey undershirt thing (I have a 1 year old, there are bigger things for me to worry about than whether or not my breasts have gone on a field trip without notice). And it feels GREAT knowing there is almost ZERO plastic (just the teeny button on the front...if only it were made of metal or wood or shell or coconut....)

I hate elastic, and I detest the weird fabrics most bras are made of. I took one look at this fabric and I was in. The ties take a little getting used to and the fit is a tiny bit large, but I just got it yesterday and I feel that the bra will form to fit me over time. It's really, really nice.I would like to see the the company make one with a wide band which buttons. In any case I will certainly buy their bras again.

Braless was better. A sad nope.
Not for a drop breast, large breast. The straps sag to my arms even when tightened, the tightness for support - tying the strings- isn't worth it. The cotton feels very nice. Not every shape us the same, so maybe your 42DD are happy. Mine...please let the allergy end and I can wear my old faves again. Brakes was better than this.

Know what you are getting
Nice fabric. Doesn’t irritate skin. Confusing to put on. Actually needed my husband to help tie. Definitely not supportive for larger busted women.

You did good work!
It was way too big.

I have MCS and this was a necessity for me ...
I have MCS and this was a necessity for me. The problem with the Cottonique bras I have found so far is that they stretch out quickly because there is no elastic, especially the backs because it is just one layer and not reinforced. Then when you wash them frequently to keep them tight, the thick straps don't maintain their structure and tightening or loosing the straps becomes really difficult. HOWEVER, cottonique makes the only bras I can wear and so far this design has allowed me to wear the most outfits (v-necks, wide strapped tanks and maxi dresses and white t-shirts...you can see the plastic clasps of my other style cottonique bra through light t-shirts and it looks awful.

Great quality fit n style
This is for people with sensitive skin. People who cannot wear regular bras. People are giving bad reviews expecting these to fit like regular bras. That’s not possible in a 100% cotton bra.For a 100% cotton bra it IS perfect fitting. Only would’ve like to have spaghetti straps. Amazing thick cotton quality and tailoring and styling within the constraints of hundred percent cotton. For a small bust like mine If you add a cotton covered bra pad which I plan to do this will fit perfectly. Again this is a different kind of bra ; please do not expect fitting like a regular spandex-filled stretch bra. This is pretty close though. This is a godsend for me. I cannot wear latex spandex or any kind of mix. Only 100% cotton which is usually impossible to find in bras.I usually get them custom made. I bought Cottonique bras with the ties on both sides for adjusting and like that style and this the best with the buttons on the side for adjusting.I’m at 36 A and I bought a 36B or size 6. Size 5 was too small and too tightly fitted. Size 5 is like a 34A maybe. I bought 6 bras in three different styles: 1) with snaps at front (non-adjustable) 2) the buttons on one side for adjusting and 3) ties on both sides for adjusting. Snaps at front fits great and best fit out of the three maybe, but I like the last two of the listed as I like mine loose (ish) and light. I like all three styles.Note: Made in Phillipines.Very impressed. Thank you.

A little bit awkward to put on but does the job.
I'm not looking for a lot of support (this doesn't give too much support or i'm not putting it one properly), just a bra that is comfortable and gives me good coverage. Don't buy these if your breasts are bigger than a handful or you might experience underboob fall out.

So awkward, I don’t recommend
Such an awkward garment. No support at all and very uncomfortable.
